High-Performance Coaching

I work with people doing big things: leading teams, building businesses, or driving meaningful change in their communities. Many of these people are driven and capable, yet often find themselves stretched thin or second-guessing their own instincts.

My coaching supports them to stay focused. My work centres on emotional flexibility: the ability to respond rather than react, to stay connected to what matters, even when the pressure is relentless. As one of only a handful of practitioners in Australasia trained in Functional Imagery Training (FIT), I also help clients to use mental imagery to create lasting motivation and change.

Move between practical and personal

I draw on my work as a therapist, years in journalism and crisis communications, and time spent advising senior leaders.

This means we can move between the practical and the personal – from decision-making and strategy to the deeper work that shapes how you preform.

The Emotionally Flexible Performer

This is a structured programme designed for individuals who want to better understand how their emotions influence their behaviour, decision-making and leadership style.

Whether you’re grappling with anger, imposter syndrome, or managing anxiety under pressure, this programme helps you to build emotional flexibility, so you can lead and perform with greater clarity and confidence.

The programme includes six focused sessions, along with access to me for check-ins and follow-up support throughout the journey.
