What sets my approach apart is that I don’t just focus on mindset— I work at the intersection of psychology, behaviour, culture building and performance. I help people stay sharp under stress, break through emotional roadblocks, and lead with intention when it matters most.
I specialise in emotional flexibility — the ability to respond rather than react, and to stay aligned with your values even when the heat is on.
As one of only a few practitioners in Australasia trained in Functional Imagery Training (FIT), I also teach clients how to use mental imagery to unlock deep motivation and create sustainable change.
I draw on my work as a therapist, years in journalism and crisis communications, and time spent advising senior leaders.
This means we can move between the practical and the personal – from decision-making and strategy to the deeper work that shapes how you preform.
